ORDERING INFORMATION

ORDERING A SUNSHADE

Prices are F.O.B. Sacramento, California. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the sunshade's cost is required with the order. The remainder, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges, is due in cash or certified check upon delivery, which will be C.O.D. unless other arrangements are made; you will be notified of the amount of the charges in advance. For customers with email addresses, we also accept PayPal payments; you can find out the details by clicking on the PayPal logo at the bottom of the page.

Sunshades are usually shipped via United Parcel Service whenever possible, unless you specify otherwise. (Price does not include shipping.) In-stock tents will be shipped out immediately. For sunshade orders, please allow three to five weeks for delivery. California orders are subject to a 7 3/4% sales tax.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, although receipt of your deposit will guarantee, for a period of one year, the price in effect at the time your deposit was received.

Here's a planform of the spread-out sunshade. (If you're ordering one of the ten-foot-deep sunshades, you don't get the center main panel.) Please specify which color you want for each main panel and each flap. Colors available can be found by clicking here. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a color picture of what we think you've ordered. Please let us know immediately if the picture isn't what you ordered.

If you're ordering the full package and not just the fabric, you'll also need to tell us whether you want the center poles to break down, and what sort of ropes you want (manila or polyester or, for an additional charge, hemp).

If your design includes additional seams, you will be charged an additional $30.00 per seam.

OTHER ORDERS

For accessories, payment in full is required before shipping, unless other arrangements have been made. Items in stock will be shipped out within three business days. If an item must be back-ordered, we will notify you of the length of the delay and allow you to cancel that part of the order without penalty.

Prices do not include shipping. Your merchandise will be shipped out via the most economical rate, unless you specify quicker delivery or a specific carrier. We will be happy to quote you shipping prices prior to your order. We never charge a "handling" or "packaging" fee.

We accept returned merchandise but reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Please include your telephone number with your order so that I can quickly respond if there are any questions in the order.

Paying With PayPal

If you're paying with PayPal, you have two options:
  1. You can log onto the PayPal site, sign in, and specify the amount to be sent to my own account, which is dragonwing@midtown.net.
  2. You can write us and tell us what you want. We'll invoice you via PayPal, and you can pay off the invoice.
